Refund & Return Policy
At BACKSTAGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shop-backstage.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns from the Netherlands: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns from other European countries: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
